  • Mediaid does not supply Paramedics. We may be able to supply a paramedic for your event but this would be from an external private source and additional costs incurred. Please call the office to discuss your requirements.

  • If you wish to cancel your event then you must give a minimum three days notice (unless advised otherwise) any cancellations with less than the required notice will incur a charge of not more than 20% of the agreed donation, unless a team is already on route to your event when the full donation will be due.

  • Mediaid reserves the right to call on the services of the local NHS ambulance service for assistance in the transfer of patients to hospital. This is solely at the discretion of the staff present at the event.

  • It is preferred that donations are paid in advance. However donations must be paid BEFORE the end of your event (unless prior invoice agreement). Should the team leave your event without the donation being settled then a 10% surcharge will immediately be applied rising to 25% for payments not received within 14 days. Payments can be made using a credit or debit card online, see donate page.

  • When completing the event request form please complete all section, it is important that you supply full and accurate address details of your event including postcodes. Mediaid reserves the right to apply a 5% surcharge for tracing missing information If you have any problems please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

  • When your event booking has been accepted we will notify you and send an event number. Please use this number in all correspondence.

  • Bookings should be received at least six weeks prior to the start of your event.
